Multisite: Cannot read properties error issue for the levels which are created in the Folder management, when the user navigates to the rights page and then clicking on the level name to navigate back (When Site based Folder list is enabled)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login EwQIMS
2.Navigate to Docpro as Admin(Goto Business rule->Enable Site based Folder list)
3.Goto Folder management
4.CLick on any parent level & click new and create new child level
5.Navigate to the child levels Site access rights page
6.Modify any rights
7.Again click on the child level name to go back to the level info page
8.System throws Cannot read properties error
9.Please refer the screenshot attached
