Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login into EwQIMS
2.Click on Setup menu
3.Click on inspection setup
4.Click on Inspection parameter
5.Select production item to be published
6.Click on publish button and publish

Description

When trying to publish in inspection parameter, got "Document not published" alert and all publish options are showing in read only format. Unable to publish.
