Steps To Reproduce:

1. Logins as EWQIMS user
2. Navigate EVAV platform
3. GO to project setup under setup
4. Select charter template
5. Click on advance search
6. Search using status filter and any other filter
7. CHeck for the behavior

Description

1. Grid search to filter doesn't work until advance search is reset manually.
2. Status filter combination is not working in Charter template page, Status need to update with default "equals" condition
3.Issue Setup-> Grid search Status filter not working
4.Risk set up ->Risk area filter is not avail in Risk category tab
Risk set up>Risk/Failure mode and other tabs ->On searching with combination(&&) the page is showing duplicate records, filter for combination is not working
