Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the FSR.
3. Decompose the Function F2 to F2.1.
4. Delete the Decomposed Function.
5. Delete the Safety goal after decomposition.

Description

1. Decomposed the function 'F2' to 'ASIL A' and decomposed 'F2' into 'F2.1'; however, the 'F2' function is duplicated. (Image 63)
2. Decomposed function 'F2.1' into 'F2.2' and deleted 'F2.2'; however, the 'F2.2' function is duplicated. (Image 64)
3. After deleting the Decomposed Function ASIL changed. (Image 65)
4. After deleting the Safety Goal the Decomposed Function is not added in the From DFMEA. (Image 66)
