Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Click on the Test Plan.
4. Double-click on the Function and Requirement.
5. Click on the Add Button.

Description

1. Able to double-click and add Function and Requirement.
2. Clicked on the Add button, the new branch was inserted only for the last row.
3. The 'Insert Requirement Branch' context menu is displayed when right-clicking on the Test Plan column, and it is not working.
4. THL issue.
