Inherit Revision number option for the child level is not working when Revision option is set as customs--> In New document request, Revision number shows as (1.dot for Segment:2 & it shows as 1 for Segment:1) )

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Admin
2.Goto Folder management select the parent level and set the revision number option as user defined
3.Goto the child level and select the Inherit option for the revision number and click save
4.Goto New document request and select the child level and upload a document with the revision number as user defined
5.Again goto Folder management and select the Parent level ->change the revision option to Custom
6.Now Goto New document request/Change request in the child level is not showing the revision number as per the custom settings
7.Instead it shows 1.
8.Issue is occuring only in New document request and in change request it is fixed
