FSR - After getting the alert message for Parent FSR under child, and then trying to decompose new Function, it shows blank page thereafter.(Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the Functional Safety Requirement menu
3. Add an FSR Function/Requirement FSR 1 for SG 1
4. Add an FSR Function/Requirement FSR 2 for SG 2
5. Now Decompose FSR 1 to FSR 1.1 and FSR 1.2
6. Now Decompose FSR 2 to FSR 1.1 and then decompose FSR 1.1 to FSR 1.2(System throws alert message)
7. Decompose FSR 1.1 to FSR 1.3
8.Observe the blank page

Description

After getting the alert message for Parent FSR under child, and then trying to decompose new Function, it shows blank page thereafter.

And deleting the existing safety goal and adding new safety goal, random FSR are displayed under Add From DFMEA
