Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Check the checkbox on the header and uncheck one of the VOC.
4. Search for the Requirement.
5. After a search clear the search box.

Description

1. Checked the 'Select All' checkbox on the header and unchecked one VOC, but the header is not unchecked.
2. The search does not filtering the unique requirement if the VOC has multiple functions and requirements.
3. After performing a search, cleared the search textbox; however, the system is not displaying all the VOC, it only shows the previous search results.
