1.Log in into EwQIMS
2.Click on setup menu
3.Click on inspection setup menu
4.Select production item
5.Click on operation
6.Click on edit button in characteristics grid

Description
By clicking on edit button after saving the characteristics data, frequency field is showing as undefined
1.Add characteristics data
2.Click on edit button
3.Save data again (Click on save button)
4.Click on edit button again and observe frequency column
