2.Go to Fault Tree Analysis
3.Try to add a probability.
4.Click on the Edit button for enter Diagonostic coverage.
5.Observe

Description

Under the Diagonostic Coverage % Edit option, a Space required in between the predefined text "Check the Mechanisms to use as Safety Mechanisms for" and the Failure description while concatenating to ensure the readability.
