1.Enter the Url
2.login with the module admin username and password.
3.Click on change management from Left menu & Navigate to initiate change request setup
4.click on initiate change request
5.select category from the drop down and click on initiate change request button
6.Enter mandatory fields in change request form
7.navigate to control the response time to customer section
8.enter data's
9.navigate to batch manager
10.Genertae Change request Customer notification mail , Reminder and esclation mails
11.observe mails
Description
1.without selecting users in users to be notified section, on clicking notify check box mail generating in Batch Manager & mail getting interputted
2.whether reminder mail need to generate in Batch manager , when we select status as completed in customer section
