In the Add Existing Item element window, while searching for and adding a BOM, PI Right click context menu (Rename, Publish and Associate category) is not working

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Click on the Block diagram
6. Select the Production Item
7. Click on Add/Remove items
8. Right click on BOM and select add existing item element
9. Search BOM and add Bom and click on done button
10. Right click on PI and select Rename/publish/Associate category
11. Observe the result

Description

In the Add Existing Item element window, while searching for and adding a BOM,
Below issues occurred
1. Production Item tree Rename context menu does not work.
2. Associate category context menu does not work.
3. Bulk publish pop up window displayed blank

Note: while searching for and adding a BOM from Structure Analysis, Block Diagram, Function and Failure Analysis page Issues occurred.
