Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as suite admin
2. Navigate to suite Setup-> Entity
3. Create a new site
4. Check for the site name in the tree

Description

Created new site in suite, but it is not showing in the tree view, but showing when searching with the name.
When another site is created then the previous one is listing in the tree
