1)Login to module as Admin
2)create planned audit
3)publish the planned audit for approval
4)login as Approver
5)Reject the Planned audit documents
6)check the email of the scheduler

Description
Email from Approver that planned audit document is rejected the reason for rejection content in the email is displaying "Code in it"
Note: the same Error is occurring for actual audit rejection.
