Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Suite admin
2. Navigate to preference under users
3. enter some values in session time and save
4. cehck for the behavior

Description

1. Session time out limit is not given, system accepting upto 9 digits, on giving 10 digit it is going back to 20 mins( need a validtion)
2. System showing alert to enter digits 1-99 on saving the page without entering time
