Steps To Reproduce:
1.Enter the Url
2.login with the module admin username and password.
3.Click on change management from Left menu & Navigate to initiate change request setup
4.click on initiate change request
5.select category from the drop down and click on initiate change request button
6.Enter mandatory fields in change request form
7.navigate to control the response time to customer section
8.enter data's
9.observe changes

Description
1.Notify label need space between check box and text
2.need unique format for text in "users to be notified" section
3.user selection popup - allowing only single user selection, need to give it as multiple user selection
4.Notify check box not getting selected for first click
