1.Login as EWQIMS user with given URL.
2.Navigate to Change management menu
3.Initiate the PCR form
4.publish the form and approve it
5.open PCN from status page
6.CTRL+ Click on View Document EC form
7.Enter the Data's and continue with workflow
8.observe changes
Description
1.Department label colour need to change as Grey
2.approval section label need to rename as per Doc EC form
3.whether sign off section lable ( feasible , not feasible, feasible with action) need to rename as per Doc EC form
4.whether consideration label need to rename as per Doc EC form
5.able to select all the check box in a row
6.No option to view attachment in form
7.Submit button missing for responsible person action item
8.submit button missing for dept review action item
9.team sign off action item - due date missing
10.publish button missing after team sign off completion
11.view log- team sign off status not getting updated
12. team sign off action item not getting removed"
