Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Admin and goto business rule
2.Enable 'Restrict same document number/name across the level'
3.Login as Document requestor
4.Goto New document request ->select the level tree
5.Enter the same document name in another level
6.Alert popup is shown to the user as click OK to continue
7.This can be renamed as Yes which was done for the same document number
