Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the safe state.
3. Click on the header.
4. Add a safe state and Fault Tolerant Time Interval or Rationale for Time Interval.
5. Edit the safe state and refresh the page.

Description

1. The sorting is functional, but the header has no sort icon.
2. Added a Safe State and Fault Tolerant Time Interval or Rationale for Time Interval, and edited the Safe State. A new safe state branch is created.
