1)Login to module as auditor
2)Click on Perform Audit
3)Click upload Audit record
4)Raise NC
5)Publish The audit Report For Approval
6)log in as Approver
7)observe The Email Content

Description
MULTI DATE:
user Preference : MM/DD/YYYY and Server Date :DD/MM/YYYY.
Once the Audit report is Sent to Approval of Approvers the "Approved date" in email is displaying Approved date as 01-JAN-1900.
Note :the error Occurs in the all the requesting Emails
and Even in LPA
