Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the HARA.
3. Click on Operational situation.
4. click on the sort icon.
5. Select the Add/Edit Operational Situation Categories and insert a branch.
6. Delete the added Rationale and Comments.

Description

1. The sort is not working.
2. Unable to insert and delete the category in the Add/Edit Operational Situation Categories popup.
3. Unable to delete the Rationale and Comments.
