Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to change management setup
3.click on change setup
4.Navigate to change category
5.click set default route button
6.select "select " as default route from the dropdown
7.Navigate to change category
8.remove the route mapped against the category
9.Initiate change request
10.observe approver section
