Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AIAG-VDA Module Administrator
2. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Design VDA and select Function/Failure Analysis
5. Select Production Item
6. Add flow up function/failure
7. Again click and drop for the same function/failure
8. Observe the result

Description

1. Function and Failure analysis page when we click and drop flow up operation duplication occurred,
2. Function Page Flow up/down popup unchecked and check the boxes click on ok flow up/down duplication occurred
