Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the Item Boundaries.
3. Double-click and edit the Name and Ref.
4. Add the relationship to the items and refresh.
5. OFF the enable Function and Requirement Creation without Allocation and refresh.
6. Change the Format and add the Type.

Description

1. Able to double-click and edit the Name and Ref; however, the changes are not reflected after refreshing.
2. The added relationship to the items is removed after refreshing.
3. The switch at the bottom to enable Function and Requirement Creation without Allocation is not working.
4. Changed the format and added the type; the added type is now visible in the format dropdown as well
