Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements.
3. Add multiple characteristics for the requirement.
4. After adding the characteristics, refresh the page.
5. Click on the sort icon on the Number column.
6. Click on the Create or Select Characteristics, and try to edit description.

Description

1. After adding multiple characteristics, the expand arrow icon appears large.
2. After adding characteristics and refreshing the page, the Characteristic Description header displays as 'Characteristic Desc'.
3. The sort is not working in the Number column.
4. Able to edit the Characteristic ID and Is Product/Process, but unable to edit the Characteristic Description in the Create or Select Characteristics.
