Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AIAG-VDA Module Administrator
2. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Design VDA and select Function/Failure Analysis
5. Select Production Item
6. Add BOM with "#" symbol and add child BOM
7. Right Click on child BOM and select Make as focus element
8. Observe the result

Issue 2:
8. Righ click on Parent BOM and select Create/Add element
9. Right click on created BOM and select make as focus element
10. Observe the Result

Description

1. If the higher element BOM has the "#" symbol name, the BOM page is not displayed properly, and the context menu does not work.
2. A new child BOM is created and make as the focus element, and the system displays an undefined alert message.
