Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the HARA.
3. Click on the Safety Goal.
4. Click on the Fault Tolerant Time Interval and Rationale for Time Interval buttons, and insert a new branch.
5. Click on the Fault Tolerant Time Interval and Rationale for Time Interval buttons, then close the popup and perform a search.
6. Add multiple Safe states for a safety Goal then edit one of the safe states, and refresh the page.
7. Add multiple Safe states for a safety Goal and search for the safety goal.

Description

1. Unable to add the new branch in Fault Tolerant Time Interval and Rationale for Time Interval.
2. The search is not functioning after opening Fault Tolerant Time Interval or Rationale for Time Interval.
3. Multiple safe states were added and edited, resulting in the creation of a new safety branch.
4. If the Safety Goal has multiple safe states, the specific Safety Goal is not displayed during the search.
