In SQE login reject the Self-Evaluation

Description

Issues in Rejection of Self-Evaluation

1. Before Completing Supplier Self-Evaluation "Reject Self-Evaluation" button is available.

2. After Rejection, without saving the checklist the status is not getting updated properly.
