Steps To Reproduce:

Login as User with Date Format as YYYY/MM/DD
1.Click on Documents - Documents
2.Click on a Folder
3.Right click on a Document Number
4.Select Related Documents
5.Related Documents will get listed

Description

TOC - Right Click Options - Related Documents page is not Loading in the below places on YYYY/MM/DD Format.
1. Right click Doc Number – Related Documents
2. Click View/Add Link in a Document Number – View Current Relations
