Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the FTA and Add flow down.
3. Click on FMEDA and again click on FTA.
4. Click on the Failure drop-down.
5. Add only one Safety Mechanism Diagnostic Coverage and click on OK.
6. Add Diagnostic Coverage more than 100%

Description

1. FTA - While switching from FMEDA to FTA all the Failures under the focus element are showing for the safety goal.
2. Safety Mechanism Diagnostic Coverage - Added only one Diagnostic Coverage system throws an alert.
3. Diagnostic Coverage - Able to add more than 100% in the Diagnostic Coverage.
