Steps To Reproduce:
1.login to application as CM module administrator
2.select initiate change request from the main menu
3.select category from the drop down and click on initiate change request
4.enter the required data
5.publish the CR form and approve it
6.open CN form from status page
7.navigate to PTDB form section
8.open PTDB form
9.Enter data's in required field
10.click on publish button
11.navigate to documents menu and click on it
12.click on documents
13.navigate to PTDB form folder and click on it
14.click on document number link to open PTDB form

Published PTDB form not shows in doc pro folder level publish . now on clicking publish button PTDB form goes for CR form approval Route.
