Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Click on the Flow Down Indicator (Requirement Flow down).
4. Check the Element checkbox and click on the OK button.
5. Check the Function checkbox and click on the OK button.
6. Uncheck the Existing Interface Flow down checkbox.

Description

1. Able to check in the checkbox of the Element and click on the OK button on the Flow down popup, able to add the Element Flow down only, but not able to view the Element in the Allocate to Element column. (Image 13)

2. Added Function flow down in the Requirement Flow down popup, but not able to view the Element in the Allocate to element column. (Image 14)
