Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as User
2.Go to customise email messages
3.Select the Notify all the viewers new document creation
4.Click the "Configure Group Emails"
5.Click the default level
6.map the groups with default level
7.click the save
8.go with some other level and able to see the changed group in default level
9.Again go to Default level,it is not saving
10.After refreshing the screen it saves

1.Customise email messages -->Notify all the viewers new document creation -->Configure Group Emails-->In Default levels, mapping Groups are not saved while clicking Save, after refreshing the screen it saves
2.(Suggestion) -->"New" Label in default level group need to change as "Group(s)"
