SP 11.2.0.11 Patches

1.login as CM Module Admin
2.navigate to change management setup
3.map required set up for process change request form
4.initiate process change request form
5.enter required data's in form
6.attach attachments in all the attachments fields
7.publish the form and approve it
8.open CN from status page
9.observe attachments fields
