Default CM Module folder access and view

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to TOC
3. CHeck for the Change management folder under Modules
4. Navigate to Docpro setup
5. open the folder management
6. Check for the group rights for the CM module folder

Description

Docpro Default Module access right. Change management module folder is not showing in the TOC by default. Suggesting to show that with view access rights in the TOC for the users in DOcpro default group. Applicable for multisite and its documents also.
