Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the FST.
2. Select the FTA.
3. Add a single flow down and change the gate to AND.
4. Right-click n the element and select the flow down.

Description

1. For a single flow down change the gate type from OR to AND, for a single flow down after changing the gate to AND another blank line needs to show.
2. While adding the Flow down the Function, Requirement, and Failure are not showing in the Flow down popup.
