Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the FST.
2. Select the FTA.
3. Right-click on the element and add the multiple-level child element flow down.
4. Click on the FMEDA.

Description

1. After doing the Flow down, the parent element is showing in the FMEDA.
2. Changed the Gate from OR to AND for second-level child, the gate type is not updated in the FMEDA.
