Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login EwQIMS as Level owner
2.Goto Actions-Request needing approval
3.Click Reply and do Revert with Comments
4.Login as Requestor
5.Goto Actions-Update document comments
6.Click on Revert back and view the Comments and status
7.The Comment and status given by the Level owner is not visible
