Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aqua-pro.
2.Select Aqua-pro menu >click main.
3.Select a any production item (NEw pro).
4.Select a Design document at the bottom top left pane.
5.Select a DFMEA>Right click >open new prod PI>select show changes since date/time >Enter the date 08/28/2017.>click ok .
6.deleted branch in the document highlighted in red.
7.RIght click on the deleted branch->restore option not listed
8.observe result.
