Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the VDA.
2. Select the Failure Analysis.
3. Add the same element for Focus and the context element.
4. Make that element as Focus and add a flowup.

Description

• Added the same element (Vehicle power) for Focus and context elements.

• Make Vehicle power a focus and try to add a flow-up, the context element (Ford Mustang) shows multiple times in the Flow-up popup, and able to add the same Failure Flow-up multiple times.
