Steps To Reproduce:

1. log in as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Process VDA and select Failure Analysis

5. Right-click on the Risk (Preventive/Detective)

6. Click on Edit or Click on the Edit icon

6. Edit Risk (preventive/Detective) popup window will open

7. Enter the Required details and click on the Ok Button

Process VDA Edit Risk and optimization refresh-related issues
1. Edit the risk, Detective window Existing data is not shown.
2.The preventive name is displayed in the Edit Optimization Detective pop-up window. AP value not shown
3.The AP value is not displayed in the Edit Optimization Preventive Pop-Up Window.
4.The label name of the Edit Optimization pop-up window is displayed Edit Risk
