Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the VDA module
2. Select Process VDA and open Structure Analysis
3. Add multiple operations for a segment
4. Now select Functional/Failure Analysis
5. In LHS view right click on Any one operation and select Create and Map option
6. Right click and Insert a new branch and Add any new data
7.Observe the diagrammatic view
