Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Click on the Block Diagram
6. Select the Production Item
7. Enable Function/Requirement creation with allocation toggle button ON
8. Interface line drawn 
9. Observe the result on function analysis, IFM, and failure analysis.

Description

Block Diagram
1. Draw an interface line between two elements and assign (-1, -2) values to them. Failure does not occur.(facing issue only for existing PI)
2. Assigned values and link styles (such as I, E, and M) are not displayed in the requirement. (facing issue only for existing PI)
3. Created an interface line with a value of -2 function/requirement/failure created, now Change the assigned value for 1 in the Block Diagram, in the failure page function and requirement are updated, and an existing failure is displayed.
