Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Click on the Item definition.
3. Select the P Diagram.
4. Add the categories by clicking the Enter key and refresh.
5. Add a new Function in the Response output.
6. Select and delete the Signal input.

Description
1. Added categories and added subcategories before refreshing, after refreshing all the added subcategories vanished.
2. While adding the categories hit the Enter key to add, after refresh all the added categories are duplicated.
3. The Undefined is showing while adding a new Function in the Response output.
4. Add a new Error state category and before refreshing add new and existing Failures, showing Undefined.
5. Not able to delete the added Signal input subcategories.
