Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Select the Product.
3. Click on the Design AIAG-VDA Menu.
4. Select P-Diagram Menu.
5. Click on the Global PI and Select a parent Production Item.
6. Add Data and enable toggle buttons
7. Select a Child PI
8. Observe the result

Step-1: Parent PI-P-Diagram values have been added, and toggle buttons have been enabled.
Step-2: select a child PI The values of the P-diagram are inherited from the parent PI, but the toggle switches are disabled.
