1.Login as User
2.Enable the "Make change description and reason for change is mandatory" from business rules
3.Go to new document request
4.Uploading the multiple documents
5.Enter the Change description & Reason for Change for last document from all the documents
6.System allows the user to add all the documents even Change description & Reason for Change is mandatory
