Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Design VDA.
3. Click on Structure Analysis.
4. Make the child element as a Focus element.
5. Right-click on the Focus Element.

Description
Structure Analysis - Exclude Element option needs to be removed for the Focus Element.
1. The Exclude Element option is only removed for the Higher parent element.
2. If the child element is a Focus Element, then the Exclude Element option needs to be removed from the context menu.
