Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the VDA.
2. Select the Design VDA.
3. Click on the Failure analysis.
4. Add multiple BOM elements.
5. Before Refreshing add BOM elements for the newly added element.

Description

1. Added multiple BOM elements, showing only one in the BOM tree, After Refreshing it shows all the elements.
2. Created a new BOM element (Right Impact Sensor), and tried to create new elements for that element, the category is not showing, and elements are not added to the tree, after refreshing only able to add the elements.
