Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Flow down.
3. Click on VOC.
4. Allocate multiple elements to the Requirement and delete the Function.
5. Allocate multiple elements to the Requirement and add a new Requirement branch.
6. Add multiple Requirement and allocate multiple elements to the Requirement and Delete the Requirement.

3. VOC - Added multiple Requirements for a Function and allocated multiple child elements for a Requirement and deleted the Requirement.
