Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the Item Definition.
3. Click on P Diagram.
4. Add the categories and subcategories.
5. CTRL+click and hit the delete key to delete.
6. Add the Existing Function and Failure.
7. Refresh the P Diagram.

• Added existing Functions and Failures after the refresh switches are OFF.
